Hididdly ho neighboureino! Ya, about that…: P Well, well, it’s been a heck of a long time… like last year since I’ve posted a journal. So let’s see… I have a week of classes left and then 3 finals. Then I’m back at home for the summer! I’m looking forward to going home. But I’m not looking forward to getting a job… if I can find a job. With this damn recession I’m just thankful that I’m a student and don’t have to worry about work. But then it hits me I have to worry about work. I NEED and summer job. If I don’t find a job this summer I don’t have a place to live in the fall. But since High Level is a forestry town and the markets are down both of the mills are closed and there are almost no jobs left… at least not ones that are just for the summer. Damn economy.

Well, what else um… Christmas was awesome I got some cool stuff. I didn’t get to see many people because almost no one came home. But I did get to spend some time with Jason, Donnie and Ashley, which is always fun! So next year I’m in the big, big city of Edmonton. Yup… I’m in the big city… Holly Crap. But Jc, Rhys, Jason and Valerie will be there so I will get to visit them! I’m going to Grant MacEwan and I’m continuing in Psychology…for now… I don’t know what I really want to do with my life. I’m sorta playing with the idea of an Elementary School Teacher. But I really don’t know.
I’m looking forward to a new start when I get to Edmonton. I’ll still have some of the old friends but I can’t wait to make new friend and maybe even find some one special… I’m looking forward to spending more time with my Aunt Sally. I’m older now… (I’ll be 21 in July) and I want to get to know my aunt. I’ve never really had the chance to get to know her because she’s always lived so far away from the rest of the family. But next year she will only be an hour away from me so I will get a chance to spend a lot of time with her! YAY!

The weather is finally started to improve it was +7oC outside today! And the snow is melting nicely. (It’s about freaking time).

I’ve been playing Dungeons and Dragons with an all female group. And it’s awesome. I have a lot of male friends and I love them don’t get me wrong, but it’s nice to have some girl time. We play every Saturday night! But I’m only going to be there for another 2 sessions. But it was a lot of fun and I’m happy that I got to play and get to know some new people. I’m really hoping that I can meet some new nerd friends when I go to Edmonton next year. So here’s hoping!
